Born at the beginning of the end of the 80s, Matteo Pin (Homesick Suni) approached music as a child when he learned to play a Lucio Dalla cassette on the stereo. He begun to write his own songs to learn how to play guitar and he’s still doing it.
He has played with some people (Lay Llamas, Charles Wallace, La Mela, Belen Mardoc, Turbetto…) and released – mostly independently – some albums, the last of which is “Appetite for Distraction” (2017).
“7 Grabs” is his first release for Pipapop Records, an album in which lazy and psychedelic shades are mixed with soul and funk grooves, taking 7 photographs by an incurable romantic slacker.
